Costs when buying a Spanish property

If you want to buy, you should take into account as a buyer a property in Spain as there are few other expenses for your account in addition to the purchase price of the property. As a rule, are to distribute the additional cost of buying a property in Spain between 12% and 14% of the purchase price:

  • 10% tax
